Cover stiff. Cover somewhat worn. Cover corners bumped, rear cover bottom corner tattered. Spine front hinge upper edge partly cracked. Endpapers dirty. Pen inscriptions on rear whitepage, title page and parallel to title page. Pages 1-8 water-stained (text clearly readable). First whitepage edges tattered, 10 first pages upper corner and upper edge slightly tattered, few page edges slightly rough. First whitepage and title-page stained. Pages yellowing/browning, some pages slightly age-stained. Some page edges slightly stained (no damage to text). Few pages slightly dog-eared.
