Following theses is a short text called "The Palestinian Panama" by Isaac Shertok (father of Israeli president Moshe Sharett), detailing the reasons for the bursting of the financial bubble around the Brothers Stein factory in Jaffa. Following it is another literary text, "A Piece of Paper", a monologue of a dispossessed Rumanian Jew.
