Black cloth hardcover with gilded lettering on spine. Both volumes include illustrated black dust-jackets. [VOLUME 1:] Dust-jacket lightly worn on all edges. Bottom front-cover corner lightly bumped. Small catalogue sticker on dust-jacket front. Hebrew inscription by previous owner - Prof. Yehoshua Porat of the Hebrew University - on front white-page (dated 1983). Page block outer edges slightly dirty and scratched. Small piece missing off page 275/276 outer edge, NO DAMAGE TO TEXT. [VOLUME 2:] Dust-jacket tattered near spine top. Page block top edge dirty. [SUMMARY:] This complete set is in VERY GOOD condition with only minor shelf-wear.
