It was followed by the green 2nd Deluxe Edition later in the same year due to overwhelming demand. [ATTRIBUTES:] 185x125mm, 158pp. Red leather hardcover with gilt illustration of Christopher Robin "shushing" Pooh, inside golden borders. Spine also illustrated in gold. All page edges gilt. [CONDITION:] Spine surface tattered and broken with a few small pieces missing, otherwise repaired. Pen inscription by previous owner, dated 1926, on front white-page.
