The novels by Chateaubriand additionally include b&w illustrations. 174x265mm. 88+40+28+24 pages. Marbled board Hardcover with leather spine. Cover, cover edges, cover corners and spine worn/peeling. Text-block age-stained. Two ex-libris stickers on front inner cover. Ex-libris sticker on dividing sheet between Bello`s work and Chateaubriand`s novel and on the next dividing sheet between novels. Few pages slightly creased. Ink inscription on pre-title page. Pencil inscription on title page and on several pages (not on text). Pages slightly yellowing, slightly age-stained and slightly wavy. [SUMMARY]: This rare compilation of 5 works in 1 book ha suffered some external damage to cover and spine, but the inside of the book is preserved very well; accordingly this extremely rare book is still in good reading condition.
