Title page, first 8 pages and several other pages coming loose from binding. Single small wormhole on pages bottom edge and on few pages edge - NO damage to text. Worm-mark on rear inner cover. Rear whitepage and last page bottom edge slightly worn. Rear whitepage and last page stained with slight damage to several letters of the text - all text still readable. Last page edge slightly torn - NO damage to text. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: Save for the aforementioned damage, this rare book is in good condition.
