One of his main aims in publishing the `Jüdisches Volksblatt` was the emancipation of his Jewish fellow men, while at the same time to entertain and tighten the Jewish population to its culture. Text in Gothic lettering (Fraktur). 211x262mm. 210 pages. Hardcover. Cover rubbed and worn. Cover corners and edges peeling. Spine missing. Previous owner`s name written in ink on whitepage upper edge. Library copy with stamps. Pages browning and wavy, some pages age-stained.
