Contains 16 poems titled after famous poets incl. Homer, Goethe, and others. They are accompanied by numerous small B&W reproductions of Struck`s drawings and paintings. [ATTRIBUTES:] 175x230mm, approx. 80 unnumbered pages. Tan faux-vellum hardcover with gilt title and illustration on front. [CONDITION:] Cover dirty and age-stained, with large bumps. Hinges cracked. Spine mostly missing, but binding solid. Few age-stains on front and rear whitepages. All other pages clean. [SUMMARY:] An extremely rare book of poems with illustration by famous German artist Hermann Struck, in good internal condition.
