THREE RARE BOOKS BOUND TOGETHER. Three theological treatises written from the Evangelical perspective by various authors, and bound privately into one tome. The first title is the book of Proverbs in German translation, with notes on both the translation and the text itself by M. Johann Gottfried Hasse. The second is a study in religion and politics by an unknown author. The third is a study of the Liturgical customs of Evangelical Christianity by Georg Friedrich Seiler. 180x110mm. 271+168+(XXXVI+198) pages. Hardcover. Cover leather is completely peeled on rear cover and halfway peeled on front cover. Corners and edges worn. Spine leather partly peeled and worn, with a barely-readable ink handwritten spinetitle. Binding intact. The three books were printed on different types of paper and thus have aged differently. Pages wavy and yellowing, with occasional mild age-stains. [SUMMARY]: These extremely rare collection of three titles has sustained external damage to cover, but is otherwise in good reading condition.
