Second edition. Contains fold-out map attached to rear cover (size: 670x445mm). 220x135mm. XVI+394 pages. Red softcover. Cover worn, stained and yellowing. Cover edges tattered. Front cover coming loose from binding, rear cover detached. Spine wrinkled and peeling. Binding slightly loose. Pen and pencil marks on front inner cover. Pen marks on title page. Pages 9/10, 11/12, 73/74 bottom corner missing - NO damage to text. Pages rough-cut as published. Pages yellowing, wavy and age-stained. [SUMMARY]: This extremely first-hand account is otherwise in good reading condition.
