RARE 1925 EDITION of a BILINGUAL GERMAN-HEBREW Passover Haggadah richly illustrated and decorated with Jewish motifs by the German-Jewish artist Julian Liebermann. 350x240mm. 48+23 pages. Cover and spine worn, curved, stained and rubbed. Cover corners and edges, spine edges and front hinge peeling. Bump-mark on front cover. Binding slightly visible between endpaper and whitepage. Hebrew page 3/4 bottom edge slightly torn (10mm). Hebrew page 15/16 bottom edge slightly tattered. Hebrew page 21/22 edge slightly torn (5mm). Hebrew pages 25-28 bottom edge slightly torn (15mm). Few pages extreme bottom edge water-stained - no damage to text. Small wormholes on pages 23-32 bottom corner near spine - no damage to text. Light stains on several pages. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This extremely rare beautifully illustrated German-Jewish Hagadah has suffered some damage (mostly external), but is still in good reading condition.
