Inner part of front and back cover slightly torn on side and old - stained. Spine slightly rubbed at top and bottom. Spine bare on inside in several places. Several pages slightly detached at bottom. Pages yellowing. Some pages slightly old - stained Pen writing on front white page. Else in good condition.
