Tan cloth rebound Hardcover. Worn pieces of original cover pasted on front cover and spine. Cover slightly stained/age-stained. Tiny puncture-mark on front cover edge. Spine upper edge bumped. Edges of pages 15-18, 22-23, 41-47, 50-53, 116-117, 128-131 worn. Page 113/114 (one of the drawings) torn. Pages 45/46, 117/118 and 143/144 bottom corner missing. Page 127/128 bottom edge near binding torn - NO damage to plate. Page 165/166 bottom edge and corner tattered - NO damage to text. Text block upper edge and several pages slightly age-stained. Pages slightly yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This rare historical document of the linguistic and cultural world of the first Hebrew-speaking children is otherwise in good condition.
