Cover upper edge peeling. Frontispiece and last page edges worn. Erased pencil marks on title page. Page 79 bottom corner near binding torn - NO damage to text. Some page edges/corners slightly worn. Small pencil marks near text on several pages. All pages detached from binding. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: Though in need of some external restoration, the inside of the book is preserved very well; accordingly this extremely rare book is still in good reading condition.
