Contains 694 Yiddish-language recipes for Kosher dishes from the American, French, Italian and German cuisines, as well as some traditional Ashkenazi recipes; and a 26-page supplemental of additional everyday Kosher recipes in English. Includes indexes in both languages. [ATTRIBUTES:] 150x220 mm. 363 pages in Yiddish + 26 in English. Rebound grey cloth hardcover with original leather front-cover and spine pasted on. [CONDITION:] Original front cover and spine dirty. Pen inscription by previous owner on front whitepage. Yiddish titlepage detached from binding. English titlepage as well as several other pages near the end of the book are attached to binding with adhesive tape. Some pages lightly-age stained. [SUMMARY:] This rare old cookbook is in good condition for its age.
